Imagination Station

Imagination Station

After helping Imagination Station rebrand for the latest generation of creative minds at the end of 2017, we were thrilled when presented the opportunity to help them launch their new, interactive space in Tūranga, almost exactly a year later.

Christchurch’s premier central city library, Tūranga, opened its door for the first time in October last year and Imagination Station was ready to roll as soon as it did. Situated in Wāhi Whānau (Family Space) in Hapori — Level 1 of Tūranga, Imagination Station’s LEGO play area is an educational centre popular with the young and the young at heart. As the principal creative partner, we ensured Imagination Station’s newly developed brand identity translated well across all applications and fit well in Tūranga as a whole.

Aside from the LEGO play area in Hapori (level one), Imagination Station offers classes on robotics, LEGO Technic design and stop-motion animation movie-making in Auahatanga (level four). They also host birthday parties and run a regular after school programme on Mondays and Fridays until 5.30pm.
